When two of my graduate students encouraged me to start The En Factor in 2019, I had no idea what I was doing. With their help, we figured it out!
And since then, we’ve had fascinating conversations with so many of you that focus on the mindset, challenges, and triumphs of entrepreneurs.
I took a short break this fall due to Hurricane Helene (which flooded our home and forced us to move into a condo) and while launching a new community for entrepreneurial thinkers. However, I’m excited to start publishing new episodes in January.
