I have read and I agree to the following terms, as well as to your Privacy Policy:
By booking the appointment with me to participate in a recorded interview, and providing a head shot or other photograph(s) for marketing purposes, you are granting the En Factor Podcast, Dr. Rebecca White, Whiteboard Advising, LLC and their licensees and assigns (collectively “En Factor”) the perpetual and irrevocable right to use your name, voice, likeness, and the provided photograph(s) for the Podcast (“the Podcast”) and other promotional, broadcast, teaching and other entrepreneurial purposes (the “En Factor Products”) in any media, worldwide.
This means, for example, that we may feature your image, voice, and name in the podcast itself, on our websites (including https://drrebeccawhite.com and https://enfactorpodcast.com) and related social media, in other promotional materials, whether in print or online, or in any other media, in conjunction with the Podcast and En Factor Products and marketing. You also agree that we do not have to use your name, and instead we may, at our discretion, anonymize your story for inclusion in the En Factor Products. You agree that we may edit the recording at our discretion for length, clarity, promotional purposes, or however else is necessary to ensure a quality Podcast and related En Factor Products. You also agree that we need not use the recording at all. Whether we use the recording or not, you acknowledge that the opportunity to participate in the interview is a benefit to us both, and serves as sufficient consideration for the promises made here.
You are confirming that you have the right to let En Factor use your provided photo(s), without further attribution or permission. By providing the photo(s) you are granting us a worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce or create derivative works from the photo(s) as part of our promotion of the podcast and related En Factor Products. By providing us the photo(s), you agree to defend and indemnify En Factor if someone else comes along and claims to own the copyright in the images. We don’t think that will happen, but you know, entrepreneurs need to mitigate risk when they can.
